How to Make a Chia Drink

Also known as Chia Fresca: Add Chia seeds to your favorite drink and allow to sit for 1.5+ hours. The seeds turn into a gel-like texture which makes for a yummy treat, high in Calcium, Fiber, and Iron. Shake well every hour for the first 2 hours while setting and shake well before pouring to allow the seeds to distribute evenly.
